Due to the high fiber in your jar, you'll be using the restroom frequently. But don't worry! This just means your bowel movement is trying to normalize.
Mason Jars
My intention in using jars is to help preserve fruit for longer periods of time. Keep in mind that certain fruits release more water and sugars than others, causing them to spoil faster.
(For example: Bananas, Berries, Peaches.)
Ensure to eat these fruits within the first 1-3 days to provide you with the best flavor!
